Gramercy, a majestic Tudor-style mansion & estate on 45 acres is picturesque Greenspring Valley, provides old world charm with all the modern amenities. Just 10 miles from the Inner Harbor and downtown Baltimore, Gramercy creates the perfect ambiance for your dream wedding and wedding night. Gramercys meticulously landscaped gardens and fountains shower you with the perfect backdrop for your wedding photos. The seasonal blooms appeal to all your senses making your Gramercy experience unforgettable.
With free, on-site parking and all buildings full ADA accessible, Gramercy is sensitive to your needs and special dietary requirements. The basic site rental for the mansion includes the use of 5 public room, terrace, lawns and use of the kitchen for the caterer.
Fifteen 60 in round tables, one 8ft-long table and 150 chiavari chairs are also included in the rental rate. Four hours are allowed for the reception with 2 hours beforehand for set-up and 1 hour after for clean-up. A caterer must be selected from our approved list. For smaller events, Gramercys Carriage House comfortably accommodates 100 people seated. Rental of the Carriage House includes use of the Batik Room, Carriage Room and Conference Room featuring hardwood floors and chandeliers, kitchen for caterers, outdoor courtyard with fountain, and landscaped Center Circle garden. Ten 60 in-round tables, one 8 ft-long table, and 100 chiavari chairs also included.
