Rental includes four hours of reception time, chairs, tables, on site parking, open caterer policy, and facility supervisor on premises throughout event. An additional hour of rental time can also be arranged for $300 on Fridays and Sundays and $450 on Saturdays. Prices can be prorated for shorter parties such as showers or rehearsal dinners.
