5 Delaware County Wedding Venues with Preferred Catering

Whether you pick a prime rib carving station, a sit-down with pan-seared chicken and herb goat cheese ravioli or a slider station, one of the biggest parts of your wedding is the food. You’ll want to select a menu that matches the kind of food you like and fits your budget.

Typically, your venue will have either an in-house (exclusive) caterer or a preferred caterers list to choose from. Here are five Delaware County wedding venues with a preferred catering list:

The Inn at Grace Winery

Located in Glen Mills, The Inn at Grace Winery is a historic Delaware County wedding venue set on a vineyard. Its renovated 1750s bank barn, perfect for cocktail hour and receptions, looks out to a serene Sweetwater Wood ceremony backdrop. In addition, 15 rooms are available within the Manor House’s 1734 and 1814 wings of the farmhouse and cottages for wedding weekends. The Inn at Grace Winery has a list of several approved caterers and may host up to 140 guests.

Indian Orchards

More than 40 acres of woods sets the scene for a farm inspired wedding at Indian Orchards in Media. A large stone terrace, pond and fountain combine to create a picturesque atmosphere for a one-of-a-kind event. Onsite is a 200-year-old barn which serves as yet another backdrop for photos. In addition, wedding parties may book the 1794 guesthouse. The surrounding orchards inspire many to use the orchard’s honey or jams as party favors. Indian Orchards offers preferred catering and can host up to 250 in its seasonal outdoor wedding venue.
