3. Museum of the American Revolution

4. Fort Mifflin
Perched on the Delaware River, commissioned in 1771 and originally known as Fort Battery Island, the historic Fort Mifflin played an important part in the Revolutionary War, captured by the Brits, as well as in the Civil War, when it housed prisoners.
