What is 'Hold the Date?'
Hold the Date allows you to hold an open date at a participating venue for 72 hours, giving you time to explore your options and pick your perfect party space.
How many dates can I hold?
One date per venue. If you’re still undecided on your exact date, please hold your #1 choice and check venue calendars for availability on nearby dates.
Can I hold a date at more than one venue?
Yes, you can hold a date at all of our participating venues.
Is the $50.00 fee applied to my deposit?
No, the $50 fee allows the venue to hold your requested date for 72 hours and is not applied to your deposit.
The venue did not respond. Will I be charged?
No, you are only charged when your ‘Hold the Date’ request is accepted. If the venue fails to reach out to you after accepting the hold, please contact us at customerservice@partyspace.com.
What if I don't book the venue?
We’re glad you were able to learn more about the venue. 'Hold the Date' is designed to help you decide whether or not you want to book, so we can not provide a refund in the event that you decide not to book.
