The Sample Rack provides personal service in a casual and stress-free environment. Dress shopping should be fun, and the perfect dress on a managed budget can be just a few alterations away. Wedding gown samples are a great way to manage a wedding budget that is not unlimited. A bride can look like she spent $4,000 but still have enough to lavish on menu, drinks, flowers, photography, flowers, music, make-up and hair.
The Sample Rack opened in 2007 as a unique concept with a few wedding gown samples and word-of-mouth advertising. Back then, the gown appointments were on the 3rd floor of La Fourno Trattoria and remained Philadelphia's best kept secret.
In November of 2009, The Sample Rack moved to an empty store front, formerly a vintage furniture shop, at 918 Pine Street, the east end of Antique Row. The spacious shop is bright and much larger, with deep display windows, allowing the addition of more gown inventory and selected gift items and jewelry. The first floor location is comfortable and accessible, offering brides and their entourages an opportunity to browse and be seated in a comfortable and intimate setting.
8. Toast Bridal
