What 4 appetizers do you suggest for a summer wedding reception and why?
All are of the season and light. The beignet is a great counterpoint to champagne or a vodka cocktail.

Flavor Combos:
- Heirloom tomato salad with housemade burrata and silver queen corn vinaigrette--the perfect balance of summer's bounty.
- Watermelon salad with bulgarian feta, kalamata olives, red onion, extra virgin olive oil and opal basil.
- Roasted red, yellow and candy-striped beets with Hudson Flower sheeps milk cheese and roasted walnut "jam."
