The Arts Ballroom customizes a package for each client based on what they are looking for. Whether for an elegant Philadelphia wedding, lavish mitzvah, intimate corporate gathering or a non-profit gala, the Arts Ballroom will create a one-of-a-kind sensory experience unlike any other.
This 1920s Art Deco-inspired building was the former site of the Hotel Sylvania. Now, this customizable 10,000 square foot space boasts a two-story Grand Ballroom and Sylvania cocktail room, Mezzanine, marble fireplace and back-lit bar, and signature granite sweeping staircase overlooking the venue. Arts Ballroom offers both historical distinction and contemporary style for events up to 500 guests. For plated or buffet style with a dance floor, the maximum capacity is 250 guests. For cocktail style with the use of the whole venue as a dance floor, the maximum capacity is 500 guests.

This venue such a hidden gem! It is absolutely stunning and is located in the perfect spot, right in Center City Philadelphia. The staff, especially Jormas, was extremely helpful and made sure everything went flawlessly from the very beginning planning stages until the last song of our wedding night. The venue is gorgeous on its own and does not require much decoration. They also work with you to find the best preferred vendors for your taste and budget. We could not be more pleased with the service and accommodations of this venue!
