Bourbon Blue's interior evokes images of French Quarter dining; original 1800s woodwork, vaulted ceilings, and the stunning, stately features of exposed stone walls colored with terra cotta. Outside, the recent addition of an open-air deck with seating for 50 guests, complete with wrought iron railings, elicits a Southern bistro feel – full of hospitality and warmth.
The atmosphere, however, is just the beginning. With Chef/Owner Brendan McGrew at the helm, the dining experience presents comforting NOLA Cuisine blended with American Classics for an evening filled with possibilities; one that will tempt your taste buds and please your palate.

Melissa was awesome to work with! From start to finish, she patiently guided us through the menu planning and constant changes. She worked so hard to help make our wedding night a success by playing multiple roles that evening. She and her team were friendly, hard working and professional. They gave up their NYE to make our wedding perfect with delicious food. We could not have been more grateful for such an amazing group!
