Swan Cove Manor is one of the only Chesapeake Bay waterfront venues where you can choose the type of ceremony and reception you would like and you are free to choose the vendors you prefer. You have complete freedom of choice!

This "One of a Kind" waterfront location is privately situated on 11 of the most scenic acres on Maryland's Eastern Shore. The property features two wonderful waterfront manor homes, each with 5 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms. Each spacious home has its own private dock, swimming pool, and fire pit with plenty of space to spread out. Our homes are designer furnished in a Chesapeake nautical theme, each featuring two separately zoned central air conditioning and heating systems, a new well-equipped kitchen, new bathrooms, new flat panel televisions in all bedrooms and living rooms with satellite TV and wireless internet service.

The Mariner was built around 2002 and purchased in 2011 and after undergoing a massive renovation was reopened in 2012. This home offers plenty of wide spaces and high ceilings. Its dining table seats 20+ people comfortably and is a favorite for rehearsal dinners.
 
The Chart House was originally built in 1871 and purchased in early 2013 and was then elevated and painstakingly reconstructed. It was completed in early 2014. Many of the historic characteristics of the Chart House were preserved during its reconstruction. This home is bright, cheerful and has plenty of open spaces with many of the original pine floors and details preserved.
