The private residence is on 10.5 acres. It dates to 1765 and was lovingly restored by its owner to create a picture-perfect colonial village.

In addition, the property features a lavender farm, and large perennial gardens. Also, there are colonial-style structures, a gazebo, pergola, terrace, brick patios and walkways. A truly unique atmosphere for weddings and intimate social events.
