Event Spaces & Capacity

• The Barn: Allows up to 200 seated guests. Originally built in the 1930s, it hosts cocktail hour on the first floor, followed by dinner and dancing upstairs. Indoor and outdoor ceremony options are available.

• The Reserve: Accommodates up to 275 guests. Stone columns, a redesigned bar, and customizable lighting distinguish the reception space. Its garden ceremony area has a retractable roof, offering flexibility for changing weather.

• The Refinery: Hosts up to 170 seated wedding guests. Exposed brick, steel, and concrete define the industrial setting, which includes an indoor/outdoor ceremony area, lounge, loggia, terrace, and private wedding-party suites.

Catering

Perona Farms provides in-house catering with menus that change seasonally. Greens are grown in the property’s greenhouse, and its signature smoked salmon is cured and smoked on-site. The culinary team also uses seasonal local ingredients through the Jersey Fresh program.

Reception options include seated dinners, buffets, and station-style celebrations. The Barn offers family-style dining, bringing shared dishes to the table.
