John James Audubon Center

With just under 7 days to go until the big day, my fiancé and I are extremely excited for our 10/16/2022 wedding at the John James Audubon Center. We absolutely fell in love with the grounds during our initial tour of the venue (just down the road from our favorite stores and restaurants in the King of Prussia area)! My fiancé and I wanted a blend of nature and rustic grounds, and this checked the boxes for every aspect of our wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. We found the Pavilion alongside the main trail was perfect for our reception, with a beautiful fireplace behind the sweetheart table, lit outdoor space with a firepit, plenty of space for dancing and sleek vertically-opening doors that allow an entire wall of the space to open to the outside. We?ve worked with Desiree for the initial tour, Shannon and Bonnie for the initial booking/logistics & wonderful group tasting, and Kimberly for our specific event details. The staff at JJAC are all very kind, welcomed our questions along the way (even the dumb ones!), and displayed excellent response times.

We are so excited to have our wedding at JJAC. Our tasting was out of the world and it was so fun to basically experience what a wedding is actually like there. Unlike other venues, they threw a mini wedding for all the upcoming brides and grooms. It was a great way to meet other couples and see how the JAM staff works.

My husband and I could not have been more thrilled to have chosen the John James Audubon Center for our venue. The team is fantastic to work with, the scenery is beautiful, and JAM catering has the tastiest, freshest food! We were looking for a place where our entire event could be outdoors, and the Audubon Center did NOT disappoint. I would 100% recommend this to anyone looking for a romantic, rustic venue to hold the perfect wedding!

We are 6 months out and can't wait to enjoy our special day! The process of booking the venue was so simple and seamless! We're definitely foodies so when we toured and were told everything was made on site by JAM catering, we knew it was the place for us!

We used partyspace while looking for the perfect venue. That's how we found the John James Audubon Center and our caterer Jeffery Miller Catering! Using partyspace was easy and it was so helpful to have an idea of what dates our venue had available.

We're getting married at Audubon in November. The planning process with Audubon has been smooth and efficient! Audubon's grounds are stunning regardless of the season. The climate controlled barn and pavilion make the venue very comfortable. Counting down the dates until it's our turn!

As a vegetarian, it's pretty rare that there's a lot of options for me at weddings, but JAM's vegetarian options did not disappoint! I highly recommend working with JAM, and I cannot wait for my big day in July :)

We are anxiously preparing for our wedding this July at the Audubon Center. Last weekend was our menu tasting with Jeffrey Miller Catering and let me tell you - it was absolutely fabulous! We were able to take some of our family members to share in the experience. Everything was impeccable from the creative and delicious hors d'oeuvres to the signature cocktails to the amazing and fresh entrees and topped off with indulgent desserts and cake! We were so full and so impressed and we can't wait for our guests to enjoy what JAM catering can offer on our wedding day. For any foodies out there looking for great options to have at their wedding, look no further. You will not be disappointed.

My fiancé and I have been absolutely blown away by our wonderful experience so far at the John James Audubon Center. From the moment we came in for our site tour, we have felt the authentic joy from everyone that we have encountered. We fell in love quickly with the beautiful natural feel of the grounds, but stayed in love when we were handed a bottle of champagne upon singing our contract! We are really looking forward to the next stage in the process- selecting our menu! Jeffery A Miller definitely makes this a difficult choice, with such a wide range of menu items to select from. I am planning a wedding at John James Audubon Center in Summer 2017, and the experience so far has been nothing short of amazing! The venue is very rustic and unique, and we love that there are multiple areas on the property that we can use for our big day. Shannon and the staff are absolutely a joy to work with and are extremely thorough. JAM Catering has fresh farm-to-table food, our tasting was outstanding! We couldn't have picked a better venue for our wedding.

One of the factors that attracted my husband and me to Audubon was the confidence that we would not be sacrificing anything in terms of views or arrangements depending on the weather. Rain or shine, the property abounds with idyllic settings. We ultimately elected to have our ceremony in the barn because we loved the rustic setting, and our reception in the pavilion because it offered plenty of room for everyone to dance! We worked directly with Shannon and Kate, who made sure that everything was executed expertly on our wedding day. Looking back on the planning process, I recognize now that I underestimated the value that comes from working with people who know a venue so intimately, and who have gained such a wealth of knowledge from organizing at least one ? if not two ? weddings at the site each weekend during the height of the season. I spent countless hours thinking through variations for different aspects of the day. In hindsight, I wish that I had asked Shannon for her recommendation first, and saved myself some time! Shannon knew exactly how our varied requests could or would not work within the space, and was able to offer fitting suggestions for alternate arrangements, as needed. While Shannon and Kate were helpful and responsive during the planning process, their knowledge and professionalism really shone through on our wedding day. In particular, Shannon?s familiarity with the space meant that any day-of variations and last-minute requests from us, our guests, and/or our vendors did not ruffle her at all. She was composed throughout the wedding weekend, and calmly guided my husband and me through the day?s schedule. Despite the numerous hours spent planning and thinking through of the details that I thought that I would need to remember, I never needed to remember these things on the day of the wedding because Shannon was right there, keeping everyone organized and right on schedule. Shannon and Kate made it so that, on our wedding day, my husband and I only thought about relaxing and celebrating with each other and our guests.

Dear Shannon, Thank you so much for all you did for , and at, the Oniell/Easton Wedding on August 2nd. You were always prompt in responding whenever we had a question preparing for the reception. At the reception you were amazing! Not only did you personally attend to the bride and groom, my husband and I, but many guests commented on how helpful you were at request and many nice gestures were done without asking. The food was superb! I have eaten many wedding and banquet meals and this was the best. Not an easy feat for almost 200, moist steak and crabcake. All the guests raved about the food! The staff was excellent, they were helpful, friendly and took care of all requests. A special shout-out to the bartenders. Everyone was impressed there was never a line at the bar! This is a review of my recent wedding at the beautiful John James Audubon Center at Mill Grove. There are a few times in life where you expect and hope for perfection , and your wedding day is one of them. We were lucky enough to experience the perfection that is Jeffrey Miller Catering at the John James Audubon Center and its staff-from our incredibly talented, and always available and stress-relieving planner Shannon Mullane, to the attentive and professional waitstaff and bartenders, and the creative and accommodating chefs and kitchen staff, our day was PERFECT! Prior to our big day, about three weeks before the event, they had re-sodded the grounds and made some unplanned improvements to the grounds that we were very pleased with. The Audubon Center staff was tidying the grounds the day before at the rehearsal and everything was absolutely gorgeous. Our ceremony was held outside at the honey locust tree. The chairs were arranged in the shade for the comfort of our guests, and all had a good view of the alter. The cocktail hour was held in the barn, which was air conditioned and quite a nice relief after sitting outside for 30 minutes. The barn is beautiful by itself with original stonework and exposed wood beams with some simple string lights hung to accentuate the natural beauty of the surroundings. The dinner and dancing was held in the pavilion which also had beautiful exposed wooden rafters with string lights, ceiling fans to ensure a cool breeze throughout the pavilion. The stone fireplace is elegant but understated and a perfect location for our sweetheart table. Our family, friends and wedding guests could not stop raving about the natural beauty of the venues, delectable hors d'oeuvres and entrees and overall quality of service we all experienced at Audubon! Overall, we would highly recommend this location to anyone looking to be married outside surrounded by natural beauty of green grass, beautiful trees, and gardens. We are forever grateful to everyone to making our day (and planning process) AMAZING!

Shannon, This email is long overdue. Our wedding was, in a word, fabulous. This is surely cliché, but guests don't lie- we are still getting rave reviews months later to the tune of "This was the best wedding I have ever been to, hands down" and "second best wedding ever after my own!" Everyone certainly always believes their wedding was the best, but in this case we worked together to create something beautiful and unique, with timely logistics to match. I could not have asked for much more. The grounds and facilities looked beautiful, the staff was attentive, and everything fell into place as it should. You were wonderful at helping guide me in my vision for the wedding without pushing too hard. Brides are relaxed when their planners are relaxed, and for that I commend you! Thank you for being so accommodating during our slight hiccup with the unannounced children in attendance. The last thing we would've wanted was unhappy or visibly disturbed guests, and no one seemed to be the wiser when the additional table was rolled out. The food deserves a separate paragraph. While we are by no means professional gourmands, and were decisive in choosing our caterer based on elevated menus and taste levels. We were very confident it would be delicious after our initial tasting, and Jeffrey Miller did not disappoint on October 12th (as the bride and groom we made a concerted effort to EAT at our own wedding). Hors d'oeuvres were demolished; recipes of which were asked for on the sly. There was not an overdone filet in sight. The vegans in attendance were so appreciative of their separate quinoa option- they even had meat eaters at the table sampling from their plates! Of the three chef-guests at our wedding, all of them commented on the freshness, flavor, and preparation of the food. Bravo. Thank you to you, Shannon, and all of the staff at JJAC and Jeffrey Miller for their professionalism and service. We will forever remember our elegantly rustic Audubon wedding. This was truly a real life fairy tale wedding. Everything was exquisite and magical. Audubon is picture perfect everywhere you look. It is charming and will transport you to a world of romance and charm. It was a perfect day in every way!
