The Chateau at SugarLoaf

We recently hosted a 100 person, one-day conference for park volunteers from all over the city at the Chateau at Sugarloaf. Drew, Gene, and their staff could not have been more accommodating, welcoming, and helpful. They bent over backwards to make our event a complete success from start to finish. They worked with us on budget, dietary needs, and all logistics. The space was gorgeous! Our guests felt pampered by the atmosphere and the beautiful views. The event went off just as we planned. Drew was kind, thoughtful, and an excellent communicator throughout the planning process and on the day of. The staff was considerate and took great care of us. I absolutely recommend the Chateau at Sugarloaf for any event!

The Chateau at Sugarloaf is a wonderful place to hold any event, corporate or otherwise. We help our company management meeting in the library at the Chateau and everything was perfect! The staff, the catering, the beautiful setting and management are first class! So wonderful that we have moved all future corporate meetings to this venue! Beautiful job! Thank you!

I am breathless thinking about the joy of our anniversary event at SugarLoaf campus of Chestnut Hill College. Fifty years prior we had our wedding photos taken at Chestnut Hill College. Everything about SugarLoaf was magical. The personal service and ability to make the event run smoothly was amazing. Thank you for guiding the musicians through their arrival and set up to me it was so seamless. The hors d'oeuvres, elegant dinner menu, technology support, dance floor and music made many happy memories for all who attended. The personal attention to detail made me remember the excitement of our wedding day.

The Chateau at SugarLoaf is a hidden gem. I was the planner for my niece's wedding in September of 2017. We had the ceremony at the Chateau at SugarLoaf and then moved to the Rotunda on the Chestnut Hill College Campus for the reception. The Chateau is lovey - scenic and peaceful, just beautiful for photos. The building itself is classic stone with a winding drive approach. The girls dressed in the spacious bridal suite and the gentlemen gathered in the library before the ceremony. The baby grand piano in the foyer was a lovely musical addition as guests arrived. We held the ceremony indoors in the ballroom with a full wall of windows overlooking the lush green space outside. Drew facilitated all our plans and helped make sure that everything went smoothly the day of the event. We then moved to the reception in the Rotunda on the college campus - with a staircase to rival the one in "Gone with the Wind." Our guests dined in the two spacious side ballrooms and we danced and partied under the soaring dome of the rotunda and surrounding balconies. Gene, in charge of catering, was creative and flexible in helping us to select a menu to delight the palate, but not break the budget! The day was the wedding of my niece's dreams! You can't ask for more than that!
