The Food & Catering

Fette Sau's culinary program is built around one thing, smoked meat done exceptionally well. Founded by Stephen Starr and Joe Carroll, the restaurant dry-rubs and smokes every cut on site. Brisket by the pound. Berkshire pulled pork. Pork ribs. Smoked chicken. Hot Italian sausage. Simple sides that earn their own conversation: mac and cheese, burnt end baked beans, collard greens, Dante's German potato salad, Cora's broccoli salad.
