About the Venue

Loews Philadelphia Hotel occupies a landmark Philadelphia Savings Fund Society building, one of the nation's first modern skyscrapers, and sits directly across from the Pennsylvania Convention Center in the heart of Center City. The hotel is within walking distance of Reading Terminal Market, Independence Hall, Philadelphia Museum of Art, and the Barnes Foundation.

Ballrooms & Ceremony Spaces

• Millennium Hall (2nd floor) — Can accommodate 750 guests seated for reception, 500 classroom style; features 30-foot ceilings and a 3,542 sq ft pre-function space

• Regency Ballroom (2nd Floor Mezzanine) — Seats up to 800 for receptions, divisible into four sections; 18-foot ceilings with 2,760 sq ft pre-function space

• Commonwealth Hall (2nd floor) — Accommodates 550 seated; divisible into five smaller spaces; 17-foot ceilings with 2,227 sq ft pre-function area for cocktail hour

• Howe Room (33rd floor) — Intimate reception space seating 160 guests with direct terrace access and skyline views; 15-foot ceilings

• Lescaze (33rd floor) — Small-to-medium reception space with direct terrace access and panoramic city views

• The Terrace (33rd floor) — Outdoor space with unobstructed Philadelphia skyline backdrop

Catering & Services

In-house catering handles all events with packages starting at $159++ per person. Complimentary deluxe room accommodations for the couple on the wedding night, plus upgraded rooms for parents. All packages include a dedicated Catering Manager, three-course dinner, Loews signature wedding cake, champagne toast, butler-passed wine and signature cocktail, full hosted bar for 5 hours, tables, linens, china, silverware, stemware, dance floor, and DJ staging.

Parking & Guest Services

Valet parking is provided at $60.02 per vehicle (inclusive of 25% city park tax); discounted rates available for wedding guests. Self-parking options available within two-block radius.

On-site restaurant Bank & Bourbon serves traditional American fare with a modern twist; hotel includes 581 guestrooms with special group rates available for wedding guests. Recently refreshed 33rd floor offers redesigned spaces with sweeping city skyline views.
