Philadelphia, PennsylvaniaThe Historic Powel House and Garden is available for intimate weddings, private dinners, and corporate events.
While most groups make use of our large garden rain or shine, the 2nd floor ballroom may be used for seated luncheons or dinners of no more than 40 guests. We can accommodate up to 75 guests for indoor standing cocktail-style receptions. Outdoor Ceremonies & Receptions max out at 100 guests. Venue rental does not include tenting fees, which are required for all outdoor parties over 40 guests. We work with an exclusive caterer at this venue.

Facility restrictions
Red wine and open flame candles are not permitted inside the museum. Live music must be acoustic only. DJs are not permitted, but lightly amplified music for dancing is permitted.
