About
Gramercy Mansion's landscaped gardens and fountains shower you with the perfect backdrop for wedding photos. In addition, seasonal blooms appeal to your senses, making your Gramercy experience unforgettable.
Amenities
The basic site rental for the mansion includes the use of 5 public rooms, terrace, lawns and the kitchen for the caterer.
In addition, the rental rate includes fifteen 60-inch round tables, one 8-foot-long table and 150 Chiavari chairs. Four hours are allowed for the reception with 2 hours beforehand for set-up and 1 hour after for clean-up.
Capacity
For smaller events, Gramercy's Carriage House comfortably holds 80 people seated. The Carriage House rental includes the use of the Batik Room, Carriage Room and Conference Room. It features hardwood floors and chandeliers, and a kitchen for caterers. In addition, there is an outdoor courtyard with a fountain, and landscaped Center Circle garden.
Furthermore, eight 60-inch-round tables, one 8-foot-long table, and 80 Chiavari chairs are also included.
Both Gramercy and the Carriage House offer packages for ceremonies only and elopements. There is free, on-site parking and all buildings are fully ADA accessible.
Finally, a caterer must be selected from our approved list. Gramercy is sensitive to your needs and special dietary requirements.
