Skylands Manor is a historic wedding venue in Ringwood, Passaic County, New Jersey, set within the New Jersey State Botanical Garden. The stone Tudor Revival mansion brings castle-like architecture to a landscape of gardens, mature trees, and winding pathways.

Couples can exchange vows outdoors, gather inside the manor for cocktails, and continue into a ballroom reception or an outdoor tented celebration.

Event Spaces & Capacity

• Manor ballroom: Accommodates up to 220 seated reception guests and also offers an indoor ceremony setting.

• Outdoor receptions: Tented arrangements can accommodate larger celebrations, with a published outdoor seated capacity of up to 600 guests. The final capacity depends on the tent and event layout.

• Garden ceremonies: Outdoor settings among the gardens and trees offer a natural setting for exchanging vows.

• Cocktail-hour spaces: Rooms throughout the manor and the outdoor patio provide places for guests to gather before dinner.

The manor’s stone exterior, gardens, and tree-lined paths offer several distinct locations for first looks and portraits.

Catering

Frungillo Hospitality Group provides in-house food and beverage service. The culinary team creates wedding menus with seasonal, locally inspired ingredients and offers handcrafted cocktails.

Couples work with the team on their cocktail hour and dinner selections, with menu and package options tailored to the celebration.

Guest Experience

A bridal suite provides space for getting ready before the ceremony. Overnight accommodations within the manor allow couples and some guests to stay on the property, extending the celebration beyond the reception. It boasts 21 guest rooms on site.
