Birchwood Manor offers rooms for celebrations ranging from intimate weddings to large receptions.

• Grand Ballroom: Accommodates 175–850 wedding guests. Four crystal chandeliers, a 15-foot ceiling, and a 60-by-30-foot hardwood dance floor distinguish the largest reception space.

• Jefferson Ballroom: Accommodates 125–300 wedding guests. Hand-painted frescoes, a beveled mirrored wall, and tall bay windows overlook the West Terrace Patio and Arbor.

• Madison Room: Accommodates 50–125 wedding guests.

• Ann Farrell’s: Accommodates 50–60 guests.

• Garden ceremonies: Couples can choose the Pergola, with a 110-foot aisle framed by six arches, or the more intimate Arbor. An indoor alternative is available for inclement weather.

Separate cocktail-hour rooms and covered patio terraces offer additional settings between the ceremony and reception.

Catering

Birchwood Manor provides in-house catering and has its own bakery. The wedding package includes cocktail-hour displays and stations, a seated dinner, a five-hour open bar, and a custom wedding cake baked on the premises. Additional options include seafood stations, a Viennese dessert table, and an ice cream sundae bar.
