Our thoughtful cuisine is enhanced by the carefully crafted design of the plate, of the food station and of the event space. Our attention to detail is unsurpassed in the marketplace. A team of professionals accomplishes our magic led by Executive Chef Roth Perelman who steps up to the plate bringing a dynamic repertoire of multi-cultural cuisine with a striking culinary design. Our amazing Event Specialists and décor experts can provide event planning and expertise for beautiful weddings, distinctive galas, picnics for 5000, and everything else in between.
garnish, the “By Design” division of Catering By Design, works with a collection of fascinating objects and floral material to bring together unique and spectacular decorative statements. Like our menus, each décor touch is customized to your specific vision. Whether you are in a sophisticated Center City venue or a rustic Bucks County barn, garnish will transform your space with found art elements and standout floral design. From bouquets to registration pieces, garnish will accentuate your event.

Again, you knocked it out of the park! It’s so easy to work with your team. Roe and the whole crew were so great and accommodating. It’s sometimes hard to find service that knows how to work quietly and efficient while programs are taking place, but they did a fantastic job. The food was absolutely delicious. While we had leftovers, they did not last long at all! My colleagues made sure to find homes for all of it. Thank you for helping us make the event a success. I appreciate your putting me at easy with the space constraints and our limited equipment. I hope that we can work together again in the near future!
