The reception hall has been recently renovated, and can host up to 160 guests for a seated reception. It is also equipped with audio/visual equipment plus two projectors, making it ideal for seminar-style meetings.

 

The welcoming lobby area is a relaxed space for cocktail hour with a band trio or other live music. The lobby has direct access to The Reading Room, where historic documents related to your event may be displayed. Guests have the opportunity to view and interact with these treasures, while HSP docents are available to provide further context.

 

The venue boasts a collection of over 21 million historical documents. HSP can display select materials related to the topic of your event. The organization is home to historic documents such as a Printer's Proof of the Declaration of Independence and an original draft of The Constitution
