The Emerald Ballroom

Great venue at the Emerald Ballroom. Food and service excellent. They were very accommodating and couldn’t do enough for us.

I cannot say enough about my experience with The Emerald Room and Catering by Marios! At the time of my event (my Dad's 80th birthday celebration), I worked directly with an extraordinary event planner, Patti, -- she is phenomenal! She was armed with an arsenal of tips and ideas on how to arrange and set up the decor for the party. Patti put me at ease during the entire planning process and was extremely responsive, thoughtful and considerate of my time, as I was planning everything from out of state. The Emerald Room has a top of the line PA and sound system. The lighting and up-lighting in the room was great. The entire staff was very attentive to my needs, as well as those of my guests. Now, let's talk about the food. . . I always say that the best parts of any event are the music and the food -- Catering by Marios exceeded my expectations!! My family and friends could not stop talking about how delicious AND flavorful the food was, from the hors d'oeuvres to the main course. The food was cooked onsite and the wonderful Chef Mario was in the kitchen with his team early that morning!! The food was served buffet style. It was fresh and hot. I had the most amazing experience at The Emerald Room and would highly recommend this venue to everyone that is planning an event, big or small. To the Emerald Room, Thank you for making my father's 80th surprise party a truly memorable experience.
