Swiss Gothic Charm Meets Modern Wedding Elegance in Chester County

The Arches' venue is one of the newest wedding venues in Western Chester County easily accessible to the city. St. Cecilia’s was built in 1870.

Fashioned in the Swiss Gothic style, the serpentine stone edifice contains buttresses, narrow pointed arches, a large, central rose window and beautiful balconies. This venue has been recently renovated with our clients in mind. The design was done by a wedding photographer with a pleasing neutral color palette to allow our clients flexibility to decorate with any color or style they choose.

The lower hall of the venue, Ceci’s, was designed as an eclectic multi use space. Weddings, corporate meetings, community events, showers, lifetime events or a reception, or cocktail hour can be hosted here. Also on the lower level is one of two wedding suites equipped with a 70 inch TV, foosball table, and multiple leather sofas. 

Next door to The Arches, there is a beautiful 3-story home with stunning detailed woodwork that was repurposed as a place for a wedding party to use the day of the wedding. It can also be used for a small cocktail party or by  adding the elegant covered porches and the use of the back lawn you could host a micro wedding, a company meeting or a cocktail party. Surrounding the venue are multiple lush landscaped spaces to host outdoor cocktail parties, ceremonies or a place for guests to enjoy the beautiful outdoors as well as endless photo opportunities. Make your memories at The Arches. We have two beautiful courtyards that can be used for ceremonies, cocktail hour, parties. We have many tables, chairs and high tops and plenty of parking.
