Intimate Media, Pennsylvania Event Venue with Rustic Garden Charm

The Sage Farmhouse is an intimate Media, Pennsylvania event venue set on four scenic acres with a restored 1785 farmhouse, landscaped gardens, a brick courtyard, and flexible indoor and outdoor gathering spaces. Inside, wide-plank hardwood floors, large windows, and original architectural details give the farmhouse plenty of character without making it feel formal.

The property also includes a carriage house and gardens with a fountain, vintage décor, and tucked-away details throughout the grounds. In the late 1800s, the property was expanded into a working orchard with thousands of peach and apple trees, adding another layer to its long history.

Showers, Parties & Private Events

Please note: The Sage Farmhouse is no longer booking new weddings. The venue continues to host bridal showers, baby showers, parties, and other private events.

The Sage Farmhouse is a good fit for:

• Bridal showers

• Baby showers

• Engagement celebrations

• Birthday parties

• Family gatherings

• Private events and special occasions

Events can be arranged entirely indoors, entirely outdoors, or as a combination of both spaces, giving hosts flexibility based on the season and style of the celebration.

Capacity

The Sage Farmhouse can accommodate up to 70 guests.

The smaller scale of the property gives events a relaxed, personal feel while still offering room for dining, mingling, photos, and time outdoors in the garden.

A Farmhouse Setting with Personality

Guests are drawn to The Sage Farmhouse for its rustic character, intimate atmosphere, garden setting, and memorable vintage details. It works especially well for celebrations that feel more like gathering at a beautiful private property than hosting an event in a traditional banquet space.

If you’re planning a bridal shower, baby shower, party, or private event, The Sage Farmhouse offers indoor and outdoor options for gatherings of up to 70 guests.
