Creative Alliance at The Patterson offers a variety of spectacular rental spaces throughout the year. The entire facility is professionally staffed with events managers, technicians, and front desk staff.

Host a performance, dance, seminar, special event, or dinner in our breathtaking, unique theater. With flexible seating ranging from 140 rounds to 210 seated theatre-style to 250 standing room only. Tables, chairs, wireless microphones, and podiums are available for private parties, press conferences, and meetings are available. Our technology includes a professional sound system, theatrical lighting, wireless internet, Blu-Ray, DVD-Video, DV, mini-DV, DVCam, Super VHS, VHS, and computer projection (VGA/XGA). Our projector resolution is 1080P full HD (1920x1080) and the screen is 16'x9'.

The Main Gallery is an exceptional space for large receptions, cocktail parties, weddings, and other special events.

The Amalie Rothschild Gallery on the 2nd floor is ideal for smaller, more intimate gatherings and receptions. Contemporary art by regional artists is exhibited in both galleries throughout the year.

Creative Alliance’s beautifully designed, award-winning Marquee Lounge is perfect for small, intimate dinner parties, meetings, cocktail parties, theatrical readings, and screenings. It is equipped with a screen, projection and sound system for films, illustrated lectures, and power point presentations. The seating capacity is 44.
