Cedar House at Patterson Park is a Baltimore micro wedding venue inside the Meyerhoff Community Commons, a newly built 2024 community space run by the Friends of Patterson Park. Set within one of Baltimore's most beloved historic parks, Cedar House offers a simple, budget-friendly setting for couples planning an intimate celebration, with an adjacent courtyard extending the space outdoors when weather allows.

• Up to 65 guests standing, 40 to 45 seated at tables, or 60 theater-style

• Standard rental rate of $200 per hour

• 30 percent discount for Friends of Patterson Park members at the Maple level

• Sliding scale nonprofit rate available with proof of 501(c)(3) status

• 2-hour minimum rental Monday through Thursday, 4-hour minimum Friday through Sunday

• Event rental insurance required

Amenities & Guest Experience

Every rental of Cedar House includes 54 chairs, 6 five-foot tables, 5 eight-foot tables, 8 cocktail tables, two fully equipped bathrooms with changing tables, and a kitchenette with a refrigerator, freezer, sink, and small counter. A smart board and an indoor and outdoor speaker system are also available for use. Rental fees directly support the Friends of Patterson Park's mission and programming within one of Baltimore's most historic green spaces.
