Yes, it’s a vineyard too complete with a Tasting Room in its 1750s bank barn. Just off the Tasting Room is a patio overlooking the property perfect for cocktail hour.
In addition, there are several event spaces. For example, you can host gatherings in the Barn, Winery, Vineyard or Dining Room depending on the season. The Barn’s event space has steps that lead to a romantic ceremony area.

Finley Catering’s newest event space, The Ivy at Ellis Preserve is practically ready for its debut. The newly constructed Newtown Square private reception venue is spacious. In fact, it’s able to hold up to 325 guests for dinner.

The Old Mill
A winding road through Rose Valley leads you through a lush canopy of trees. There, a 12 acre sanctuary for birds and wildlife by Ridley Creek is home to the 1700s converted mill.
Imagine conversation and cocktails in its striking ivy-covered courtyard. Its old stone wall ruins provide a dreamy backdrop. Or, perhaps Timber Pavilion is more your style.

Pomme
Pomme is a hidden gem through the backroads of Radnor. There, you are met with a meandering stream and ceremony space as sunlight streams though a canopy of leaves overhead. A romantic white swing can be found as you enter the wooden gate. Next, imagine walking over its rustic bridge, planters filled with vibrant flowers on either side and mature tress provide just enough shade. Bistro lights twinkle at dusk and there on the pond, swans take center stage.

Next, continue on the bridge to enter your reception where Pomme brings the outdoors in. Inside, the modern interior features rustic touches, a stone fireplace and hardwood floors to dance like no one is watching. Finally, Pomme can host up to 200 for a seated event or 350 cocktail style. The venue partners with Peachtree Catering as its exclusive caterer.

The Sage Farmhouse
The Sage Farmhouse is on the four acre Hillwood Farm in Media just beyond a curve in the road. Up the hill, the cream and sage green 1785 farmhouse has indoor and outdoor event space. Its hidden stone courtyard features a fountain, beautiful plantings, lawn and foliage. In addition, there is a tent for dining from April to October. Inside, historic accents and wide plank floors set the scene while large windows reflect scenery outside.
The Sage Farmhouse hosts up to 70 guests and partners with Cricket Catering.

Tyler Arboretum
If you swoon at exposed beams and sliding barn doors, Tyler Arboretum is for you. Hidden among 650 acres of woods and meadows, not only is Tyler Arboretum a playground for butterflies and birds, but a rustic dream come true. For example, historic structures are preserved here such as 1834 stone bank barn. In fact, it can host up to 200 guests with tenting over the patio.

Not only is Terrain at Styers a haven for plant lovers but all things rustic. Situated on the 100 year old J. Franklin Styers nursery in Glen Mills, its flagship location is also historic. Begin your day in your personal suite within the restored Mushroom House, a short walk and a few sycamore trees down from its wooden Wedding Temple that’s a century old.
