Old First Reformed UCC
Philadelphia, PennsylvaniaOld First Reformed UCC is a historic Philadelphia event venue with five fully functional spaces for events of various sizes and needs.
Second Floor:
The second floor's newly renovated sanctuary contains elements of the church's 300-year past, including a fully operational historic pipe organ, with the amenities of the present, including a state-of-the-art sound system with a sound board, and a technology desk with three cameras for recording and broadcasting purposes.
The sanctuary seats 212 in flexible seating, with room for up to 40 additional seats, and the balcony overlooking the sanctuary seats 280. The floor plan is versatile, and every space is fully accessible apart from the balcony.
First Floor:
The first floor contains a social hall, bathrooms, an industrial kitchen, elevator access to the second floor, and a lower narthex, with access to a large open courtyard in the front of the building.
Social Hall & Kitchen:
The social hall is 45x30 ft, and comes equipped with 16 tables and 112 chairs.
The industrial kitchen has a two-oven, eight-burner stove, a griddle, a three-door industrial fridge and two-door freezer, an ice machine, and a dish sterilizer.
Smaller Spaces:
The lower narthex contains an original brick floor from the church's earliest years, and a historic wishing well. The space comfortably fits a standing gathering of 50.
In addition to the larger spaces, there are three smaller spaces in the sanctuary and the narthex that are designed for meetings of 5 to 15 people.
