Couples can choose from several picturesque ceremony locations, including the historic barn ruins overlooking a six-acre lake or beneath the graceful canopy of a weeping cherry tree where guests can gather for cocktails. Welkinweir comfortably accommodates up to 150 guests.

Venue Rental Rates
Weekend wedding rentals (Saturday or Sunday) range from $6,700 to $8,500. This includes exclusive access to the estate, with only one wedding hosted per day to ensure a private and personalized experience. The rental also features 2,400 square feet of tented event space complete with flooring, a clear-top tent with sides, and lighting, along with rustic farm tables and ceremony and reception seating.
